In addition to design, fabrics vary in weaving density, which results in their physical properties, especially translucency. In the catalogue you can choose for sliding walls from curtain to fully blackout fabrics through which no light can pass.
Fabric for Japanese walls is most often made with 100% polyester, possibly in combination with viscose. It has an anti-static treatment (no dust settles on it), UV protection and is guaranteed to be colourfast for 5 years. The fabric can be wiped with a damp cloth or vacuumed with a vacuum cleaner with an attachment.
For rooms such as bedrooms or living rooms that should be well darkened, we offer Japanese walls in densely woven materials and dark colours. If you particularly want protection from unwelcome views, we offer walls made of material in colours such as white, natural or beige.
